Thank you for shopping with OverBlaze. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 Days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after [CUT-OFF TIME, if applicable] will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5 – 7 BUSINESS DAYS
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS
Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 120 INR
- Express Shipping: 160 INR
- Free Shipping on orders over RS 149
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:
If processing takes 2 Days and shipping takes 5 BUSINESS DAYS, your total estimated delivery time will be 7 Days.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or high shipping volume periods.
- We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
Tracking information may take up to 24 HOURS to update after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 DAYS of placing your order, please contact us at support@overblaze.in.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If a refund is requested, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to us at support@overblaze.in for assistance.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 Hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging and item(s).
- Email support@overblaze.in with your order number.
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We may not ship to certain locations due to carrier limitations. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
