1. Returns
At this time, we do not offer returns on orders.
As all products go through strict quality checks and to maintain hygiene standards, we recommend reviewing the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Size Exchanges (Free & Easy)
We understand that getting the perfect fit matters, so we offer hassle-free size exchanges.
To request a size exchange:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- The item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
What we offer:
- Free reverse pickup (where service is available)
- Free replacement shipment
- Exchanges are subject to size availability
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Images of the packaging
Once verified, we will:
- Arrange a free replacement, or
- Offer a store credit / full refund (if replacement is not possible)
4. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to lighting and production processes
- Size exchanges are only applicable for eligible items that meet the conditions above
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
